The journey started with Terry Vernon Davenport, who founded a modest plumbing and tinning business in Redlands, California. Soon after, Terry brought his son-in-law, Harry Higdon, on board and became his mentor.

In the same year, Henry Fisher founded a plumbing and heating enterprise known as the Redlands Plumbing Company. Ultimately, in 1938, Henry sold his company to Harry Higdon.

Fast forward, the company rebranded as Redlands Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, and Tyler Miner joined the team part-time in 1991 during his high school years.

Tyler pursued further education and honed his skills in plumbing and HVAC before purchasing the business in 2008. Tyler remains the owner and president of Redlands & Henry Bush, thanks to his unwavering commitment.
