In 1984, Jorge first encountered plumbing when his village in El Potrero Jimenez Del Tuel Zacatecas, Mexico, received a government grant to acquire materials for providing water to over 700 homes in the area.

Mr. Sanchez moved to the United States and settled in Marin County, where he began working for Rich Port Mechanical Plumbing Inc. in Richmond, California, in 1995. Driven to enhance his skills, Jorge engaged with more advanced plumbing systems, including industrial and commercial facilities such as buildings, laboratories, and hospitals. During his time with Ongaro & Sons Inc. from 2000 to 2012, Jorge expanded his expertise and earned certifications, including Green Plumber Certifications and Green Plumbing Builder Certifications.
