Jorge's journey in plumbing began in 1984 when his village in El Potrero Jimenez Del Tuel Zacatecas, Mexico, received a grant from the Mexican government to obtain materials for supplying water to more than 700 residences.

Mr. Sanchez immigrated to the U.S. and established himself in Marin County, starting his plumbing career with Rich Port Mechanical Plumbing Inc. in Richmond, California, in 1995. Keen to expand his knowledge, Jorge began working on more intricate plumbing systems, including industrial and commercial sites like buildings, laboratories, and hospitals. During his time with Ongaro & Sons Inc. from 2000 to 2012, Jorge expanded his expertise and earned certifications, including Green Plumber Certifications and Green Plumbing Builder Certifications.
