In 1984, Jorge was introduced to plumbing when his village in El Potrero Jimenez Del Tuel Zacatecas, Mexico, received a government grant to purchase materials for delivering water to over 700 homes.

Mr. Sanchez immigrated to the U.S. and established himself in Marin County, starting his plumbing career with Rich Port Mechanical Plumbing Inc. in Richmond, California, in 1995. Driven to enhance his skills, Jorge engaged with more advanced plumbing systems, including industrial and commercial facilities such as buildings, laboratories, and hospitals. During his time with Ongaro & Sons Inc. from 2000 to 2012, Jorge expanded his expertise and earned certifications, including Green Plumber Certifications and Green Plumbing Builder Certifications.
