Stan Kincannon launched Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in 1995, originally as Super Rooter, serving Lake and Mendocino Counties. Born and raised in Northeastern Montana (brrr), Stan moved to the Bay Area in 1981 for college, where he earned a Cum Laude degree in Holistic Health from John F. Kennedy University in 1983. He pursued additional education in health, earning a Master’s Certificate from the Institute of Experiential Therapy. Stan is married and has two adult children.

In the fall of 1988, Stan started his plumbing career at a plumbing wholesale distributor in San Francisco. In 1992, he shifted to the service and repair side of the industry after relocating to Lake County.
