With a history that traces back to the 1800s, Redlands & Henry Bush Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning boasts a rich legacy. Terry Vernon Davenport launched a small plumbing and tinning venture in Redlands, CA, marking the beginning of our story. Terry soon employed his son-in-law, Harry Higdon, mentoring him in the plumbing business.

In 1898, Henry Fisher started a plumbing and heating company, naming it the Redlands Plumbing Company. Ultimately, in 1938, Henry sold his company to Harry Higdon.

Fast forward to today, the name evolved to Redlands Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, and Tyler Miner began his journey with the company part-time in 1991 while still in high school.

After completing his education and mastering the plumbing and HVAC trades, Tyler acquired the business in 2008. Tyler remains the owner and president of Redlands & Henry Bush, thanks to his unwavering commitment.

With a solid foundation in our community and more than 120 years of industry experience, we are ready to offer our clients the best service possible.
