William J. Cawley, III (Bill) serves as the President of Benicia Plumbing, Inc., responsible for estimating new construction and overseeing company operations. Graduating Magna Cum Laude from Texas A & M University, Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science. He worked for two years as a Project Manager at Brandt Engineering Co., Inc., a prominent commercial HVAC and plumbing contractor in Dallas, Texas. In 1998, he became part of Benicia Plumbing, Inc., and has remained with the company since. He is licensed as a California Contractor with C-36 Plumbing and C-20 HVAC specialties and is certified as an EPA “Universal” refrigerant technician.

When not at work, Bill loves to spend time with his wife and four kids, volunteer at his church, and participate in shooting sports when he can.
