Bob grew up in Napa and moved to Healdsburg with his family in 1973 after serving in the US Navy.

Starting in construction, he became a licensed general contractor specializing in custom home building.

Bob came on board to help his uncle in the pump business in 1985 for a few weeks.

Three months later, he added a concrete tank business to Luciani.

Fifteen years later, Bob opted to reduce the workload to focus exclusively on pumps and water system design and maintenance.
