Spencer Keenan earned his degree in Industrial Design from San Francisco State. His education equipped him to take designs from concept to completion and to devise solutions for challenges that arise during the process. His talents, paired with the charm of California's central coast and his enthusiasm for creation, motivated him to engage in green building in Santa Cruz.

Co-owner Taylor hails from the island of Kauai and has always been passionate about construction. At 8 years old, he created his first project, a tree fort built from salvaged materials, which included a drawbridge, bedroom, screened porch, and garage. Following his graduation from UCSC with a politics degree, Taylor pursued his building interests by working for a general contractor in Santa Cruz. He became increasingly inspired and motivated by green building practices. Currently, as a Certified Green Building Professional, Taylor applies his expertise to every project we undertake.
