Spencer Keenan holds a degree in Industrial Design from San Francisco State University. His studies gave him the ability to bring designs to fruition and to solve problems encountered throughout the process. These skills, along with the beauty of California's central coast and his desire to create, inspired him to enter the field of green building in Santa Cruz.

Co-owner Taylor, raised on Kauai, has always had a strong interest in construction. At the age of 8, he built his first structure, a tree fort made from reclaimed wood, featuring a drawbridge, bedroom, screened porch, and garage. Following his graduation from UCSC with a politics degree, Taylor pursued his building interests by working for a general contractor in Santa Cruz. He became increasingly inspired and motivated by green building practices. Now, as a Certified Green Building Professional, Taylor incorporates his knowledge and skills into all our projects.
