Frequently, when I answer a call, the customer is worried. They might be experiencing a plumbing emergency and are concerned about the costs involved. A big part of my job is clarifying plumbing to my customers, and I take great in doing it well. Whenever possible, I strive to provide my customers options. If it’s a minor issue they can handle themselves, I will advise them know how. If it’s a more complex problem with greater costs involved, I will explain them on a temporary fix versus a more costly solution.

Originally from Brazil, I emigrated to the Bay Area in 1991. My desire to live in the United States stemmed from the chance to work hard and see real results. I aspired to run my own business, and with effort, perseverance, and building connections, I have realized that dream.
