The program provided him with the skills to transform concepts into completed projects and to address issues that come up along the way. His talents, paired with the charm of California's central coast and his enthusiasm for creation, motivated him to engage in green building in Santa Cruz.

Taylor, co-owner, grew up on Kauai and has had a lifelong passion for building. At 8 years old, he created his first project, a tree fort built from salvaged materials, which included a drawbridge, bedroom, screened porch, and garage. Following his graduation from UCSC with a politics degree, Taylor pursued his building interests by working for a general contractor in Santa Cruz. His passion for green building grew stronger and more motivating. As a Certified Green Building Professional, Taylor now integrates his knowledge and experience into all our projects.
