Spencer Keenan holds a degree in Industrial Design from San Francisco State University. The program provided him with the skills to transform concepts into completed projects and to address issues that come up along the way. These skills, along with the beauty of California's central coast and his desire to create, inspired him to enter the field of green building in Santa Cruz.

Co-owner Taylor, raised on Kauai, has always had a strong interest in construction. At 8 years old, he created his first project, a tree fort built from salvaged materials, which included a drawbridge, bedroom, screened porch, and garage. Following his graduation from UCSC with a politics degree, Taylor pursued his building interests by working for a general contractor in Santa Cruz. He found himself increasingly inspired and driven by the principles of green building. Currently, as a Certified Green Building Professional, Taylor applies his expertise to every project we undertake.
