Spencer Keenan graduated from San Francisco State University with a degree in Industrial Design. His education equipped him to take designs from concept to completion and to devise solutions for challenges that arise during the process. These abilities, combined with the allure of California's central coast and his passion for creation, led him to pursue green building in Santa Cruz.

Taylor, co-owner, grew up on Kauai and has had a lifelong passion for building. When he was just 8, he constructed his first building, a tree fort crafted from salvaged wood, complete with a drawbridge, bedroom, screened porch, and garage. After graduating from UCSC with a degree in politics, Taylor continued to explore his building interests by working under a general contractor in Santa Cruz. He became increasingly inspired and motivated by green building practices. Currently, as a Certified Green Building Professional, Taylor applies his expertise to every project we undertake.
