I’m Eric Palacios, and I’ve been involved in various trades since I was 18, taking on projects ranging from drywall installation to flooring. In 2021, I encountered a rare illness, CIDP, that affected my motor skills and left me a quadriplegic. After a couple of years of treatment and determination, along with faith, I am now ready to relaunch my business and serve my customers as I love to do.

In 1985, a relative left the company we both worked at, where he was the superintendent, to create a small plumbing and drain cleaning service. He convinced me to take a chance and help him succeed. By the time I left to establish Red's Rooter Plumbing and Drain Cleaning in 1993, we expanded from one truck to nearly 20.
