Problems are fixed right the first time.

If there is a plumber you need to call, please call Jim! When we were inquiring about some plumbing with our new house, Jim was quick to respond to my phone call and text messages. Not only was he knowledgeable, he was able to schedule to come over the next day to evaluate. He is very easy to work with, communicates clearly, and is prompt on showing up. His work is thorough. Did I mention he is also very nice? He was able to get all of the plumbing taken care for a reasonable price. We will definitely be using him in the future if we need any other plumbing issues fixed. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM! You won't be disappointed!

If you need a plumber, call Jim. Really; call him. The communication with him before the appointment was stellar. He showed up on time (actually, just a few minutes early.. and he told me he was going to be early.) The quality of the work is first rate and his pricing easily met my expectations.

Jim was awesome. What a nice guy! We were in a major bind with a backed up toilet and a huge mess. Jim came over immediately after hours. He gave us a quick fix until he could come back the next day and get it squared away. He didn't charge us until the work was fully completed even though he had done some work when he first came over.
His prices were very fair and the only plumber who didn't try to slap us with a hefty after hours fee just to come by!
We will definitely call him again and recommend him to anyone needing a reliable and honest plumber.

I have had Jim with ZZYZX plumbing do some work for a me at a rental i have. He was very fair with the pricing and honest with everything he did. So when my hot water heater was going out or I thought it was the hot water heater........... He walked me through the process of turning off the water in the house and getting things prepped so he can come over inspect what was going on and come up with a game plan on fixing it. Jim showed up looked things over and came to the conclusion that it wasn't the hot water heater it was a pipe in the wall that was leaking and going under the sheet rock which in returned made it look like my HWH was going out. Long story short he cut the sheet rock out and replaced the copper pipe with a new one. He put some new fittings on and now the leak is fixed and after everything was said and done it was a lot cheaper then replacing a new hot water heater. He is honest, fair, and reasonably priced!!! I would highly recommend him to any of my relatives and close friends!!!!!

Hey Jim - Excellent job and timely installation of our home water heater and replacement of all of the accessory water lines, and would recommend Jim and company to others also
