Showed up on time, which around here is a little unusual but we still have a right to expect it. Sterling the gentleman on the phone explained everything ahead of time and then called the morning the work was to be done to confirm they would be there on time. Matthew and Andrew showed up, had business cards and uniforms, and were polite and professional. All their work was well done and they explained everything they were going to do, billing, and what they did, I couldn't ask for more from them. I recommend them highly.

I have used them on both my total kitchen renovation and total master bath renovation and I am very pleased with all their work. Zurn is NOT the cheapest plumbing company but they are extremely professional, thorough and precise. I know I can trust Zurn to do the job right the first time.

I posted a message several weeks ago being very critical on the service I received from Zurn Plumbing on my kitchen faucet repair. I am happy to report that Matt Zurn called me today to discuss what happened and agreed it was not handled as they would have liked. I understand that in business, not every customer experience goes perfectly and hopefully the company can respond to address the problem. In this case that did happen and the charge for the service call was refunded and he apologized for the way my problem was handled.

I recently had Zurn come to my house to replace the water shut off valve and a new flapper, fill valve, and supply tube for a toilet. I have used Zurn in the past and was happy with the work performed; however, this time I was charged $413 for less than 30 minutes of their time and am still having issues with the toilet as it continues to run constantly. I have since called three different plumbers and they estimated that this job should have cost no more than $250. I also asked Zurn for an itemized invoice and all they sent was the total bill, of $413. On Amazon all of the parts needed cost a total of $30, so I assume that means their rate for 30 minutes is almost $400. I do not recommend Zurn and will not be using them in the future.

Zurn charged me $395 to fix 2 running toilets that took the plumber literally less than 20 minutes. What a joke. Never again. I told him he makes more than a doctor and he said """"yes I do!""""

Garbage Disposal Cap had broken causing leak in basement. Alex and Von were superb. Quickly identified problem ; called for a needed piece of equipment which arrived very quickly. Job completed, tested, cleaned up and explained everything in term I could understand. This is The go to lumber.

Recently needed a new sump pump and water heater. Called Zurn. They came out the next day and reviewed everything that we needed done (we had a number of minor things that we had been putting off like drippy faucets). Two days later they sent three guys - they worked non-stop all day and fixed everything. They were all so pleasant. Very happy with the job and Zurn.
