What a waste of time and money. I give Zurn Plumbing a try because they are a local, family-run business. Bad choice on my part. The service fee included diagnosing the issue. Nope. $425 to diagnose the problem from the top of the small water spot in our ceiling (toilet removal probably required). $170 to cut the hole in the ceiling. Something that I could do in five minutes with a carpentry knife. This does not include ANY actual repairs. I told them I was going to go a different direction after five minutes of them being at my house and not looking at anything, I was charged $70. Do yourself a favor and call someone else.

I had a leaking garbage disposal. Zurn got me scheduled right away, and the technicians showed up precisely on time. That in and of itself would have been a bonus. But then, the two technicians they sent, Chris and Rickey...well, let's just say Zurn has made me a customer for life. I am accustomed to being okey doked by technicians as a single woman who clearly knows nothing about house stuff. Chris and Rickey explained things clearly, told me exactly what needed to be done, and then inspected all the other stuff that might fail. They told me what need to be done, but they didn't do a high-pressure sales pitch. They were forthright about what I could do in the meantime, and what I could expect if I didn't do something. They were honest, and communicative. I appreciate it more than they know. And thy fixed my problem.

Zurn helped us with a real problem. I live in VA but my sister's house in ATL was having a massive sewage backflow. Chris, the manager, sent guys out that day to assess the problem and clear an obstruction. They put a camera in the line and got the line cleared, but they said the problem wasn't solved. A few days later it happened again, and this time Zurn dug up the line and cleared it. Same day. They charged me less than estimated! These guys are terrific.

Zurn Plumbing came out to fix and complete a plumbing job that was started by another contractor... Zurn got the job done and they were reasonably priced. I appreciate the expertise and professionalism from the team. GREAT JOB by the Zurn Team!

Called and made an appointment 6 days in advance. Was told I would have to take a 4 hour time window, they would call 30 minutes before arrival. After the 5th hour of waiting I called their office. The person who answered the phone, Chris, had no idea why no one came or why it hadn't been put on the board. He had all my information but did not show an appointment. His excuse was """"I guess it was human error, that happens"""". I took a half day off work to sit and wait for them. No real apology, just an offer to give me another appointment. I have to co-ordinate multiple professionals to get my project completed. Why would I trust one of the integral parts of my project to a company who didn't show up? They lost thousands of dollars of work due to their """"human error"""". If you need to rely on a professional company to show up....you might want to try someone else.

Recently needed a new sump pump and water heater. Called Zurn. They came out the next day and reviewed everything that we needed done (we had a number of minor things that we had been putting off like drippy faucets). Two days later they sent three guys - they worked non-stop all day and fixed everything. They were all so pleasant. Very happy with the job and Zurn.

I posted a message several weeks ago being very critical on the service I received from Zurn Plumbing on my kitchen faucet repair. I am happy to report that Matt Zurn called me today to discuss what happened and agreed it was not handled as they would have liked. I understand that in business, not every customer experience goes perfectly and hopefully the company can respond to address the problem. In this case that did happen and the charge for the service call was refunded and he apologized for the way my problem was handled.

Our toilet was broken so we made an appointment 2 days away. He was here for maybe an hour, including time to go for a part. The cost was $400 including our 10% return customer """"discount."""" I should have asked vaccination status prior to hiring, but we'd used them in the past. I'm a cancer survivor who is immune compromised. Had to ask employee to wear a mask. Not vaccinated. My mistake. Will not use again.

Garbage Disposal Cap had broken causing leak in basement. Alex and Von were superb. Quickly identified problem ; called for a needed piece of equipment which arrived very quickly. Job completed, tested, cleaned up and explained everything in term I could understand. This is The go to lumber.
