We had a pipe burst in our basement and called Zurn. They arrived, found the problem and stopped us from having much more water damage. The techs were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The pricing was about what I expected to pay. Our tech, Eric, was a dream to work with, he diagnosed the problem then fixed the broken pipe. I never felt like he was trying to nickel and dime me for more than what we needed. I will absolutely use Zurn again in the future.

Thank goodness I asked for a ballpark estimate! Need to remove a damaged drop-in kitchen sink, and drop-in one exactly like it. Minimum labor involved. Estimate installation (I have the sink) was $850!!! Yes, $850 for maybe 2 hours, or less. Do not bother to even call them

Zurn Plumbing came out to fix and complete a plumbing job that was started by another contractor... Zurn got the job done and they were reasonably priced. I appreciate the expertise and professionalism from the team. GREAT JOB by the Zurn Team!

I called Zurn yesterday and they sent someone out today. The plumber was on time and professional. He was able diagnose the garbage disposal and repair it instead of just saying """"it's broke replace it."""" Then to top it off, they were very fair with the pricing.

Our toilet was broken so we made an appointment 2 days away. He was here for maybe an hour, including time to go for a part. The cost was $400 including our 10% return customer """"discount."""" I should have asked vaccination status prior to hiring, but we'd used them in the past. I'm a cancer survivor who is immune compromised. Had to ask employee to wear a mask. Not vaccinated. My mistake. Will not use again.

Called and made an appointment 6 days in advance. Was told I would have to take a 4 hour time window, they would call 30 minutes before arrival. After the 5th hour of waiting I called their office. The person who answered the phone, Chris, had no idea why no one came or why it hadn't been put on the board. He had all my information but did not show an appointment. His excuse was """"I guess it was human error, that happens"""". I took a half day off work to sit and wait for them. No real apology, just an offer to give me another appointment. I have to co-ordinate multiple professionals to get my project completed. Why would I trust one of the integral parts of my project to a company who didn't show up? They lost thousands of dollars of work due to their """"human error"""". If you need to rely on a professional company to show up....you might want to try someone else.

My experience with Zurn started out on a good note on Saturday when I called to report water coming out of the ground. The recorded message said I would hear back from someone in 15 minutes. Much to my surprise, someone called me back in 5 minutes! Mike, from Zurn said they could not get to me until Monday. I was ok with this as the water coming out of th he ground as a slow stream. Monday at 8:15am Sterling from Zurn called and asked me for the same information Mike had provided and told me repair truck would be out by 9am. The truck showed up at 9:15am and the two man crew completed replacing a broken 12"""" piece of polybutylene pipe by 11am. The bill as presented for $600 broken down $309 for """"search for leak by digging"""" and $291 for """"repair leak"""". I paid the bill by credit card and decided to call the office the next day for a better explanation of the charges. $600 for less than 3 hours of work seemed high to me. Sterling provided a further breakout of the charges. He said the $309 was """"searching and digging for the leak"""". I told Sterling I showed the two workers the spot the water was coming from which is where they found the leaking pipe less than a foot below grade. This took less than 30 minutes for them to dig up, remove the dirt and find the leak in the pipe. Sterling went on to say $256 was for shutting off the water, opening a fire hydrant to bleed air out of the water line and pressure test the system to make sure the repair held. $35 was for the replacement pipe and fittings. I told Sterling $600 for less than 3 hours work seemed to be a lot. He said they do not charge by the hour; they are a reputable plumbing company. This company was recommended to me by another vendor I have used for many years. The vendor said they did good work at a reasonable price. The work done was good. I am not sure about the reasonable part. Update: The coupling Zurn installed less than 6 months later failed. Did I call Zurn to come back and fix it since it is under warranty? No way based on previous experience.

I recently had Zurn come to my house to replace the water shut off valve and a new flapper, fill valve, and supply tube for a toilet. I have used Zurn in the past and was happy with the work performed; however, this time I was charged $413 for less than 30 minutes of their time and am still having issues with the toilet as it continues to run constantly. I have since called three different plumbers and they estimated that this job should have cost no more than $250. I also asked Zurn for an itemized invoice and all they sent was the total bill, of $413. On Amazon all of the parts needed cost a total of $30, so I assume that means their rate for 30 minutes is almost $400. I do not recommend Zurn and will not be using them in the future.

A couple years ago I bought a house and AS SOON AS I moved in I realized the hot water heater didn't work. Zurn quickly installed a tankless water heater in my home. I recently had my two year check up and they noticed that water pressure was low because of a dated, clogged filter. You know how you don't know what you're just living with until you get something better? I took a shower with my new water pressure and I thought I was under attack from the shower head. Instead of a slow steady stream I was plummeted by water. In a good way. But totally unexpected. I just thought all water in Dekalb County ran slow. I was wrong. I have nothing but good things to say about Zurn. I would recommend them to anyone.
