Walter was great, I had a frozen pipe burst the day after Christmas 2022. I called around no one was available until later on in the week. I got in touch with Walter he and his crew came out in a couple of hours. Walter not only repaired the pipe in record time but explained to me exactly how and why the pipe froze in the first place and what to do so that it would not happen again. I have several properties and Walter is the only plumber I will use from now on. Walter tells you everything you need to know about your plumbing issue, and then some. Good plumber.

Walter saved me! I recently purchased a newly renovated condo in West Loop. Unfortunately, during the inspection it was missed that the shower was not putting out cold water, just extremely Hot (unusable). It's a high end Kohler shower, and I was concerned it was going to be expensive to fix. Walter came over 24 hours after I contacted him to take a look. He explained in detail exactly what needed to be fixed, and ordered the part from the warehouse right away. The shower was fixed in 48 hours.

I will only use Walter and his team moving forward. Timely, professional, and very fairly priced. One of the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor.

This company is always the most reliable, responsive, honest and as straightforward as they come. Walter the owner will always make sure you can get back up and running. He is conscience of working around your business schedule to help you minimize your losses.

He will also give you options. Most plumbers will only give you the most expensive option and nothing else. He knows how to treat his customers well which is why I have used Zuniga plumbing for the past 15 years and he has never let me down. In my book he would get ten stars.

I would 100% recommend Walter and Zuniga Plumbing. Our 100+ year old cast iron stack pipe broke and split in multiple places. He and his crew diagnosed the problem behind my walls quickly, directed me to water restoration emergency services, and then removed and replaced the pipe that ran from attic to basement in 2 days. He did this on the weekend even though he said they typically do not work Sundays. This included removing walls and ceilings. He was always responsive by phone or text. He showed up when he said he would show up. He and his team were professional. They covered areas with tarps and swept up afterwards. He stayed in contact with the water restoration project manager so that we can get as much covered by insurance as possible. We paid half the project cost when work started and the 2nd half after work was finished. He even reduced the initial project amount because he didn't have to do something he initially thought needed being done. It was in the ceiling and I'm not a plumber so he easily could have still charged us that and we wouldn't have known. But he was honest about what he did and didn't do. Just the peace of mind that came from having a responsive plumber who came when he said he would come was worth having him do the project.

I only looked at his reviews on here after the project was finished today. I don't understand the bad reviews from years ago or people who warn his good reviews are from friends. I had not in heard of him until he was referred to me last week. Our experience with him was great and satisfying. I definitely recommend him and his work!

Called with a sewage backup at 11:30 at night, someone came out first thing the next day explained the problem, fixed it and put everything back in its place and cleaned up afterward. The price was reasonable and I was given a plan to remediate the problem in the future. The workers were mask and were very personable. I was very satisfied.

Jamey did a great job of rescuing our toilet and plumbing from a fumbled spring-loaded toilet paper roller which fell in right as the toilet was flushed. He tried his very best to auger the chrome roller out of our rather rare Toto Drake . But then had to turn it in it's side to get the roller out just in time to rescue the to be thrown away tp roller from our building's sewage system. Our toilet is not new but it looks and flushes like brand new now ! Thanks Jamey and Zuniga's Plumbing !!

I screwed up...

I put some stuff down the garbage disposal that I shouldn't have. Clogged it up. Needed help.

Here comes Jim from Zuniga. Jim was super professional, informative, and went the extra mile to fix the problem. I live in an old building and he had to basically rework the entire system to get me working again. I'm eternally grateful.

I really didn't want to have a conversation with the landlord. Jim hooked me up today and I will never call anyone else for my plumbing needs as long as I'm within range of Zuniga's.

Walter described what his team would do in a careful clear way and gave me an informative and very reasonable estimate. Sal, Jamie and Juan did a terrific job repairing three broken pipes and installing a new toilet.
The cost was a very reasonable $2300, much lower than my other estimate. The were able to do the work very quickly (and on a Saturday). I am very pleased with their work and have already booked Zuniga's plumbing for sewer rodding.
