I contacted Walter Zuniga to do the plumbing in the master bathroom in my condo in one of the high-rises in downtown Chicago. I can't express enough how great it was to work with him and his company. Everything ran the way he promised regarding timing, getting the permit with the city, inspection and all the different work that needed to be done. He always had the best communication with the client, informing me regarding the progress and what to expect. The level of professionalism and quality of work is superb. I highly recommend him for any plumbing job. He really will take away headaches that usually these kind of jobs with irresponsible contractors can cause you.

Walter, John and team were referred to me by the guy who installed my hot water heater. I only have one toilet and it was leaking and they came out the same day, after hours on a Friday to fix it. It involved a run to Home Depot for some parts and I hugely appreciated that they wouldn't leave until my toilet was repaired. John also fixed something with my sink that's been a problem for years. My experience was great and I appreciated the time Walter spent with me explaining what was wrong with my toilet and another issue he saw where our water main is for the building.

Walter and his team did an incredible job installing our new tankless water heater!! Our old tankless water heater broke and several plumbers told us they could not help us install a new one because of the incompatibility of the piping to the new heaters. Walter was relentless calling several plumbers and suppliers to find a model that would work with our configuration. He was extremely responsive and ensured that our hot water was back and working especially since we have a toddler at home. I am so thankful I found Zuniga Plumbing and highly recommend them!

We had a kind of crazy situation with a People's Gas inspection - we passed an inspection and then they claimed we needed a condo board to ask for a safety inspection when we're a SFH.

Walter responded to my text quickly, and Manny came by and checked all our lines to make sure we could pass any inspection they could possibly do. They not only did a great job of checking all our lines (which isn't easy, since our house was built in the 1870's) but also did a great job of helping us navigate the bureaucracy of getting everything straightened out.

I suffered a city sewage backup flood and started taking quotes for a flood prevention system. Walter provided a great estimate and worked promptly with the city for permits and sidewalk markings. One highlight of his service was his speed. He has a well rounded and fast working crew to make the biggest jobs seem easy and fast. I already contracted Zuniga's for 2 other projects and am happy with the service provided just like the first project.

This is my second time using this plumbing company and they did a good job replacing my hot water tank. Walter along with his helper, Ray Ray, were careful not to cause any damage to my floors when they removed the old tank. Also, his price was very reasonable too. I'm happy with the quality of the work.
