I was shocked to find water streaming from a pipe that had burst in my garage. I had to cut off the water from the main source to stop it. I called several plumbers and only one said they could come immediately. Zuniga Plumbing, Walter, the plumber.
Armando came, assessed the problem, repaired the leak and my water was back on within a few hours.
Not cheap in an emergency, but the service was excellent.

I found Zuniga plumbing thought the BBB website because I was looking for licensed plumbers to replace a couple of old gas valves. Walter and Mario came out to do the job. I had a plumbing issue that could've ended up catastrophic if not taken care of soon. It kept me up nights. So, I logged into my Yelp account and sent out a request. I was receiving quotes that were inflated in such an egregious manner that I was feeling down and hopeless. I'm a single mom and all the quotes were far out of my range. Then I called Walter and I knew that GOD had sent me an Angel. He came out the same day and assessed my plumbing situation. He told me exactly what the issue was and gave me a fair price. Walter and his team arrived EARLY for the job, they finished the work timely and cleaned up afterwards. They did a absolutely PHENOMENAL job. I feel so grateful and blessed. These are tough times we're in right now and it seems like the world is becoming so negative, greedy and cut throat, but Walter renewed my faith that there are still some good, honest, reliable people out here and GOD will send them to be your Angel when you are in need. Walter came to my home on Friday, June 3rd on the west side to look at a outdoor faucet that was leaking when turned on. He stated he could fix it but needed to order a part for it. We agreed to a price which I thought was fair. He promised to return on June 5 or 6th. It is June 13th, and ask me if I have heard from him. After numerous calls that went unanswered, text messages not answered, I finally gave up. I wish that I could give him a better review but he violated the first rule of conducting business, COMMON COURTESY. All it would have taken is a call back, or a text message to say sorry your job is to small or simply, I can't do the job.

Walter was great, I had a frozen pipe burst the day after Christmas 2022. I called around no one was available until later on in the week. I got in touch with Walter he and his crew came out in a couple of hours. Walter not only repaired the pipe in record time but explained to me exactly how and why the pipe froze in the first place and what to do so that it would not happen again. I have several properties and Walter is the only plumber I will use from now on. Walter tells you everything you need to know about your plumbing issue, and then some. Good plumber.

Walter saved me! I recently purchased a newly renovated condo in West Loop. Unfortunately, during the inspection it was missed that the shower was not putting out cold water, just extremely Hot (unusable). It's a high end Kohler shower, and I was concerned it was going to be expensive to fix. Walter came over 24 hours after I contacted him to take a look. He explained in detail exactly what needed to be fixed, and ordered the part from the warehouse right away. The shower was fixed in 48 hours.

I will only use Walter and his team moving forward. Timely, professional, and very fairly priced. One of the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor.
