Can't say enough about them. Great service, reliable, hard working, and very friendly. They met a deadline for me that was tough and the work was through the roof great! I would recommend them to anyone. I called many plumbers and finally got Terry thank goodness. He is the only one that responded and actually came through. These are tough times for everyone with supplies low and labor tough to come by. He came through and I will be forever thankful. He is so good he is swamped, but if your want a good plumber, he is worth the wait.

Terry Zuercher installed my bathroom in a newly remodeled/added on studio space in the late 1990's, and did a laudable job. My father thought his work was excellent. So I called him again to install a new sink in the same bathroom 20 years later. It took no less than 6 calls, several text messages and some emails and I STILL have no appointment and no reply. I tried to set one up a month out, in my rental unit, because of schedule and because Terry did tell me in a call one time he was very busy and needed advance booking. No reply to more texts and calls. Clearly he no longer needs my business and must be so skilled it is beneath him to return inquiries from private customers. I'm disappointed and very done.
