I called this company since I live on the island trying to give them business. They took my name and number and we scheduled service for the next day.
The following day they did not show up.
The next day they called to see if I was still interested in them coming out. I told them I was still in need of the services, however I was not happy that they had not called the previous day as a courtesy and felt that it was unprofessional to leave me hanging like that....it was at that point they hung up. I guess that reinforced that thought of being unprofessional.

Very professional, family owned business. Assessed my situation and recommended a ""less pricey"" solution to my problem. Was very grateful for the honesty and informative input. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good plumber.

They tried to fix a leaking shower and failed twice. We paid the service call fee, plus the cost of the new part. When that didn't fix the problem, it took several phone calls and several weeks for them to come back out and they told us to buy a new shower head and put it on ourselves. Then, we called back to say that didn't work, played phone tag again for weeks and, in the end, they said they didn't know what to do, accused us of asking for free service (we NEVER requested anything for free) and said they didn't know what else to do. The owner was incredibly rude on the phone. Unbelievable that a plumber can't figure out how to fix a leaking shower faucet and then says they don't really want to come back out to research the problem further.
