Excellent service! We had an issue with a tankless water heater that no one in the area would touch. Pro's Plumbing not only agreed to come out and take to look to see if they could help but they quickly and efficiantly diagnosed the problem and made the repair for us. They were very friendly, patient and professional and best of all we felt like we could trust them in our home. We highly recommend Pro's and they will be our go-to in the future!

Called me right away and came in and fixed our sink problems. 4 stars because they left the tub leaking for 2 days before they could come back and fix the tub/shower problem. Good service overall! Very friendly and nice guys. :)

Just an update to this review. So someone named Daniel contacted me to discuss the original review where the company ripped us off . I told Daniel my experience and why I left the review. I invited him to look at my other reviews to show I am not a serial negative reviewer like some people on here. He acted like he cares so I gave him my honest feedback and why I felt it was important to let others know when they were looking for a company to hire. He offered to refund me and apologized. Great I thought. This company realized their mistake and wanted to make it good. Well that was 3 months ago and counting. I have heard multiple excuses such as the check was sent to the wrong address...to all of a sudden he doesn't know if it was sent. Nothing but empty promises. I really have been patient...I really wanted to come back on here and tell everyone they cared to make it right. But this just shows me that they just don't care and don't value customers. I would be weary of the 5 star ratings on here. My whole experience with this company has been terrible. I mean why the hell contact me and lie about making things right. That's like a double whammy. First you rip me off and then you lie to me for over 3 months. Lol come on. You can't run a business like this and expect to survive. Plumbers are a dime a dozen and what sets you apart from everyone else is being a fair honest company and treating customers right. Stay away from this company

What fast service! I called Pros Plumbing at about 8:15am this morning - they said they could be out around 11:30, but they were knocking on my door within the hour. They came in, assessed my issue with my clogged kitchen sink, suggested jetting the pipes to get a thorough cleaning and voila - my sink was unclogged in about 30 minutes.
They also suggested that I use the $100 off coupon from Yelp which was great - thank you!

Despite the reply of the business owner and promise of refund of $65.00, as of today no refund has been received from Pro's Plumbing. I would caution all potential customers, buyer beware here. Another RED FLAG.


I will compliment Pros Plumbing on their phone etiquette, they answer the phone and make appointments and follow up, so for that my kudos.

Once they arrive is when the shenanigans begins.

Within the past week I had a outdoor water pipe spring a leak coming from the main. It required a replacement as it was patched once earlier. The two plumbers measured and advised I needed 80 feet of copper pipe and a couple of elbows plus labor, estimated at 2-4 hours. The quote was $2,500.00 to do the job.

I was taken aback by the quote and advised them that I would have to get another quote and then the price started to drop, first a couple hundred and then to $2,100.00 if I chose to have them do it right then. I was charged a $65.00 service fee for the visit but it was money well spent.

I went online to Home Depot and looked up 1"" copper pipe which is $12.97 per 10 feet, giving them the benefit of the doubt, I calculated 100 feet which would be 10 pieces or $ 130.00 more or less for all the pipe plus labor to install, which they estimated at 2-4 hours. How the quote arrived at $2,500.00 I have no idea, other than these folks are crooks. I asked them how much to repair and the plumber said $500-600.00 for a repair. That is when the conversation ended.

I obtained a second quote from another local plumber the same day (Saturday) and doing the work that Pros quoted for $2500.00 plus fixing another problem for me on another pipe was $635.00 total. I would have been gouged $1,900.00 from an unethical plumber had I not said no and got another quote.

I would recommend RUNNING away from these folks, don't walk and hold onto your wallets when running away. Be warned and to Pros Plumbing, as Jim Harbaugh recently tweeted about the 49ers, ""Don't be deceived, you shall reap what you sow.""

I was impressed and delighted with the service I received by Pros Plumbing! Cory came in and looked at my toilet which was leaking and told that it was a very easy fix. What a huge relief! Plus, he didn't try to charge me an exorbitant fee for walking in the door which has been my experience with two previous companies. I did, however, have another problem in the kitchen. The water in the garbage disposal sink was bubbling up in the adjoining sink! So Mike came in and quickly figured out the problem. He took care of it in a timely manner and advised me that it was not a good idea to put food in the disposal in the future. As a matter of fact, it was never a good idea to put food in a garbage disposal! Interesting!
I had purchased the $100.00 deal for $50.00 so the final charge was very reasonable! I have definitely found my plumbing company forever! Cory and Mike were very pleasant and efficient, and the price was right. Thank you!

Great job, friendly people. Saved us from cold showers and came out late Saturday afternoon. Had the foresight to ask after the make/model and serial number of our water heater right away so they had the parts. You'd be surprised how many companies come out and have to leave to go get parts. Overall 5-star experience.

I am beyond satisfied with my experience with Pros Plumbing & Rooter. To be honest, I was starting to wonder if I was ever going to get my problem fixed after I tried calling two other plumbers in the area that couldn't even diagnose the problem properly.

I will admit, I was a bit skeptical about calling this company because of the mixed reviews, but I decided to just give them a try and i'm glad I did. My call was answered by Michael who was very friendly, and pleasant to talk to. He scheduled an appointment for me the next day and said the plumber coming out would be Kory.

Kory showed up right on time and he was super friendly. I showed him the problem I was having and he immediately knew what was wrong! I was so surprised, because up to this point I had only heard run arounds, and never a sold answer. He even showed me pictures of recent jobs he has done that were smiler to this, and he showed me how he was able to preserve a lot of the area around it because it requires a bit of cutting into the wall. Kory didn't seemed fazed by this though. He reassured me that by the time he was done with the job that it would look better than what it did before. Just take a look at the pictures and see for your self just how awesome these guys are!
