Mike P.Tom Connolly goes by """"the dunwoody plumber"""" now. Same phone number in the crier ad. He did some work on a toilet seal for me a couple of years ago that was ok. I called him for help with a cracked outdoor spigot and to check on the work that he had done as it appears to be leaking. He failed to show as promised on April 25, a Friday. No explanation. When I called again he promised for the next Tuesday. Same thing. No show or explanation.
mike c.WARNING! I hired Zoom Plumbing, Tom Connolly, in October 2011 to perform work on a septic tank. I was quoted $3,000 to $3,500 for the job, the final invoice was for $7,069.00. There was no notice of a price increase, there was no change order given, only a final invoice for over double the original quote. I will never use or recommend them again.
