I had a clog in my lateral sewer line. Called Zoom Drain. They were available the same day and all of the following day. My plumbing event was in early August during Texas heat wave so the plumbers were on standby while the HVAC techs got all the attention. I scheduled for the following day. Zoom Drain tech arrived onsite on time and went over the cost estimate and I approved the work. I selected hydro jetting over traditional snaking because I just wanted a very clean lateral sewer line. Hydro jetting has a higher price, about $300 more than snaking. Both options come with video inspection verification after cleaning. It took about 30 minutes of hydro jetting, 15 minutes setup and 15 minutes to pack up. Make sure all toilet and plumbing fixtures are installed because hydro jetting will introduce water to any opening. During the hydro jetting, my neighbor complained of sewer smell coming from his drain since his sewer and my sewer line share a Y-connection; I asked him to open the windows to let the stank out. Overall, Zoom Drain did the job as requested. If u want more affordable option then u might need to do a little shop comparison. Best of luck!

Excellent customer service from the start. We had a whole house plumbing issue. They came out within an hour of calling them. Zen and Jacob found the problem Immediately. These guys were hard working and did great job.

We had a MONSTER clog in our kitchen sink, and I tried four different plumbers to clear it. Only the fourth plumber got it cleared out by using their hydro-jet. We have old cast iron pipes, and they were very cautious using the jetter. It took them several hours, but they were able to clear out tons of old grease that had accumulated over decades. Their price for this service was reasonable, and they were able to come out the same day I called them! Amazing! I wish I had started with them from the beginning.
