No show by Zoom Dec. 2023
We had an appointment with Zoom this week. The time window was 1-3PM. By 3:00, they had not showed up or called.
We called them and were told they would be here in an hour to an hour and a half. By 4:30 no one was here and again no communication from Zoom. We waited another half hour and still heard nothing. We had to call them again. At this point it was after 5:00 PM and a call center answered. We told them to cancel we would find someone else. We understand that things can happen, and perhaps the tech got caught somewhere, however, there were at least three times that the company should've reached out and communicated with us, and they did not.
I even thought that maybe the next day a supervisor from the company would call us and apologize and maybe offer a discount if we would reconsider giving them another chance. They did not even do that. There are plenty of other options out there for service, so call someone else and don't waste a day of your time like we did!

I called these guys to check a SaniFlo toilet in my finished basement. The toilet was working but we never used it because I always felt uncomfortable with how it flushed. Holidays are coming so I wanted it in full working order.

They sent 2 guys out who said the unit was fine and just needed cleaning. The 2 guys (1 was a trainee) struggled with the unit as they didn't know how to take it apart nor put it back together. They got it open, cleaned it and really struggled trying to reassemble it. Even putting the sealing gasket on upside down and having to take it apart again. They leave and I pay them. Next day unit is dripping when flushed. I call and tell them. They send 2 more guys out. They can't fix and unit now really leaks where it can't be used at all. Their take now is the gasket is too old and offer to try and replace the gasket. I agree and wait 2 days.

Next they call to say they can't find a replacement gasket and I need to replace the entire unit! I think that is total BS and waiting to see if they make this right.

I will say the guys who came were professional and tried but the bottom line is they came and BROKE the toilet and want me to pay for a new one! My rating is a flat zero at the moment but waiting to see if they make this right.

So far they left things far worse than they were before they came.

But I also wanted to mention Corina who works in the office.
She is the first person with whom I spoke and she is AMAZING as well!!
Very ENGAGING, CARING, and UNDERSTANDING- her SMILE radiated through the phone!
She kept me updated and informed the WHOLE time!
Felt like I was talking to a friend on the phone!
CAN'T say ENOUGH about Zoom Drain of South Jersey!

Nah, wanted to fix drain leak under slab by replacing the entire plumbing system. I mean, maybe a good idea, but would not provide itemized estimates or propose any solution beyond very very invasive options. I asked multiple times for a breakdown of services and it just didn't happen. Stopped returning my phone calls after the third ask. Scratched my toilet trying to put a camera down it.
I found a local plumber who can do the repair for way less than these guys were asking, obviously a much smaller scope of work but is doing exactly what I am asking. Watch for the upsell with these guys. Also really treats you poorly when you don't bite.
