Our journey at Zoom Drain & Sewer Service traces back to a family plumbing business founded by our grandfather in 1948. Twenty years ago, we launched Zoom with our father and brother from a spare bedroom, fueled by a small loan. During those times, we made service calls in one truck, with at least one of us sitting on a bucket in the front seat. Though it was a difficult period, we were fortunate to have great customers and committed ourselves to establishing a successful shop. Now, we run our daily operations with a team of dedicated employees who have been with us for years, helping us achieve our standards of professionalism and quality. We are well-known for our quick response times and our ability to provide targeted solutions for drain and sewer issues. Jim Criniti serves as the President of Zoom Drain and is one of the Founders of the Zoom Drain Franchise. With his background as a military veteran, he recognizes that strong operational systems are essential for success. Thanks to invaluable mentors and business coaches, he transformed his business from one old truck into a multi-shop, multi-million dollar drain and sewer cleaning company. He subsequently turned that business model into a successful franchise system, now with 16 locations nationwide.
