Zoom Drain & Sewer Service continues a family plumbing legacy that began with our grandfather in 1948. Twenty years ago, we launched Zoom with our father and brother from a spare bedroom, fueled by a small loan. During those times, we made service calls in one truck, with at least one of us sitting on a bucket in the front seat. Those were challenging times, but we had wonderful customers and dedicated ourselves to building a successful business. Today, we manage daily operations with a team of long-term employees who share our commitment to professionalism and excellence. We are recognized for our rapid response and our expertise in delivering focused solutions for drain and sewer challenges. Our skilled team is prepared to assist you with everything from sinks and toilets to main lines and sewers, ensuring prompt, expert service.

Jim Criniti, the President of Zoom Drain and a founding member of the Zoom Drain Franchise, guides our operations. As a military veteran, he understands that effective operational systems are key to success. With support from great mentors and business coaches, he grew his business from a single used truck into a thriving multi-shop, multi-million dollar drain and sewer cleaning operation. He subsequently turned that business model into a successful franchise system, now with 16 locations nationwide.
