This is for a drain to our backyard. Here is the update, I received the updated pictures. Drain was connected, there was no sleeve over French drain or underneath it. Which would then cause it to get plugged. And we would need this place to come out again to hydroplane. More business for them. More money for us. If they put the sleeve This would protect mud from getting into the holes of the French drain. The one pipe was $1000 and the hydro plane was $1500. I do still feel for the price this piece should have been added. As, French drains are prone to get stuff into the holes therefore the sleeve is added to allow water to enter but not mud. There was no resolution when I called besides they would pay for the sleeve. If this is best practice to put the sleeve, instead of giving employee feedback they should have offered some of our money back as well. And they should always send pictures when the jobs complete. Still a very unhappy customer
