These guys showed up within the two hour window they had given. They texted a picture of their technician ahead of time so that I would know who was coming by. He (David M.) did an assessment and recommended a sewer line clean up. We had a foul smell for some time. I was told the price before they started work. They laid down fresh tarps. I had just painted my basement and was worried about a mess. They left everything neat and tidy. Great employees!

These guys were great! I was having flooding in my basement - a plumber came out and looked and snaked it but it didn't solve the issue - i had flooding after the next rain due to sewer backflow. These guys cam out and did a heavy duty flushing out/ clearing of the main line clog. The flooding immediately receded and no problems after that.

Don't waste your time

I contacted Ray the plumber and was advised that their drain clearing division is Zoom Drain and that is who I was talking with.

Don't waste your time. I have a clogged main and gave a detailed discription of what needed to be done (easy rooter clean out) and I asked for a ballpark price. I said I understand that it is a ballpark and if the situation differs from what I discribed then the price might be different. They refused to give any type of ballpark pricing. They said they must come to the house before they give any quote (even a ball park). When I questioned why they could not even give me a general idea of the cost they started yelling at me! Wow.... really. I said ""have a nice day"" and hung up.

These guys are quick and they have just about everything on hand that you need to get your problem solved. In a tight spot especially for a landlord you can kind of justify the cost. I say kind of because holly he'll they are expensive. Expect to pay somewhere around 730 for a sewer line hydro jet. All in all I'm satisfied with the service but I'd say they are a bit too overpriced.

Our experience with Zoom Drain was fantastic. Although delayed John and Alex kept us updated on their arrival time. They performed a video scope of a drain in a house we are about to purchase. They diagnosed the problem showed us options and we hired them on the spot for the repair of the clogged main line. They were professional and efficient. They had towels and made sure to clean everything when they were done. They even used bleach and made sure is was spotless
Honestly, a great experience that made us feel comfortable about the purchase of this home and their work. We will be calling them again for routine check ups and maintenance.

With the rain and the fact that it drains from our roof into the sewer system, we started getting a little rain water coming up through the floor drains in the basement. Then, on a Sunday, it got much worse and it wasn't just rain water coming up from the sewer line. We found Zoom through Guarini Plumbing in Jersey City, a sister company to Zoom, and they dispatched Keneth on Sunday afternoon. Keneth was professional, competent, and solved the problem. He took the time to show me on the video camera down in the pipes some other issues I may need to take care of in the future. I would definitely use Zoom again.
