My main line drain was clogged. Called Zoom. Two young men arrived about a hour late. They attempted to clear my clog. Unsuccessfully. I told them they were in the wrong location. He informed me his experience led him to believe he was correct. It was not. After trying for about a hour. They gave up. And I was charged over 500.00 for absolutely zero results. I called the company and spoke to the owner. He said he would get back to me. I never heard from him again. The technicians informed me my pipes were collapsed. And the next step would be to excavate. Without any other type of inspection. Nothing could be further from the truth. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my pipes besides a clog. I ended up clearing it myself. My drain is working fantastic now. Don't waste your time. Call Roto Rooter or a local plumber. Do not waste your time or money with Zoom drain. Complete scam. I've learned a expensive lesson. These calls should call themselves ""Zoom Cash"". Because that's all they did. Zoom with my cash and left me still with a clogged drain. Horrible service.

Our sewer line backed up and I was initially given an estimate of $42,000 by one of the big-ticket Plumbing & heating outfits in northern NJ who wanted to tear up my basement and replace the entire 90 foot line. After a second and third opinion, I contracted with ZOOM DRAIN who did a thorough review of my issue and recommended a procedure called de-scaling whereby the pipe is cleaned and scraped (as opposed to replaced). The cost was approximately $1,500. The two workmen - Joel and Jusef - were professional and thorough and cleaned up after the job. Nothing but good things to say about ZOOM.

I was scheduled for an estimate through Tony on Yelp. My appointment was scheduled between 9-930am. I changed my schedule around to make this work. At 9:35 nobody has shown up to my house so I called and spoke with Donna who said David was supposed to come to my house and put me on hold to see if he had left yet. She placed me on hold and then disconnected the call.

I called back and Tony answered. Tony took my info and then transferred me to David who told me that Donna gave him my name with the wrong address. I had set the appointment up with Tony through Yelp so I'm not sure why fingers were being pointed at someone else. David tried to take my information, however, I politely declined and advised him that I will find someone else to do the job for me.

If this office is this unorganized with scheduling an appointment, I can only imagine what it would have been like to have them do the job. Glad I learned about this and had this experience before I was further into the job.

If you use this company, hopefully your experience will be better than mine.

These guys showed up within the two hour window they had given. They texted a picture of their technician ahead of time so that I would know who was coming by. He (David M.) did an assessment and recommended a sewer line clean up. We had a foul smell for some time. I was told the price before they started work. They laid down fresh tarps. I had just painted my basement and was worried about a mess. They left everything neat and tidy. Great employees!

These guys were great! I was having flooding in my basement - a plumber came out and looked and snaked it but it didn't solve the issue - i had flooding after the next rain due to sewer backflow. These guys cam out and did a heavy duty flushing out/ clearing of the main line clog. The flooding immediately receded and no problems after that.
