Robb Lynch, the proud owner of Zoom Drain of Lake Norman, holds a bachelor's and master's degree in Business Administration from Illinois State University and Northern Illinois University. Lynch grew up in Rockford, IL, a suburb of Chicago, giving him strong ties to the region.

Lynch spent a significant part of his career with a major home improvement retailer. Initially, he took on a business development role with a North Carolina-based company, contributing significantly to the brand's growth in areas like merchandising, product development, and marketing. Additionally, he played a role in developing the brand's future leaders, preparing them for success.

This role led Lynch and his wife, married for more than 20 years, to the Lake Norman area in 2004, where they developed a deep affection for the region. He eventually moved to the franchisor side of a reputable automotive brand, taking on the role of VP of Marketing. Today, he is establishing his own brand in the same community where he once helped another brand achieve household recognition.
