Zoom Drain of Lake Norman is proudly led by Robb Lynch, a graduate of Illinois State University and Northern Illinois University, where he earned both a bachelor's and master's degree in Business Administration. Lynch grew up in Rockford, IL, a suburb of Chicago, giving him strong ties to the region.

A large portion of Lynch's career was dedicated to a prominent home improvement brand. He joined the North Carolina-based company in a business development capacity, playing a key role in the brand's growth, from merchandising to product development and marketing. He also mentored emerging talent within the brand, guiding them toward successful careers.

This position brought Lynch and his wife, whom he has been married to for over 20 years, to the Lake Norman area in 2004, where they fell in love with the community. He eventually moved to the franchisor side of a reputable automotive brand, taking on the role of VP of Marketing. Now, he is creating his own brand in the same location where he previously helped another brand become a household name.
