Our journey at Zoom Drain & Sewer Service traces back to a family plumbing business founded by our grandfather in 1948. We established Zoom two decades ago with our dad and brother, starting from a spare bedroom with a bit of borrowed capital. In those early days, we traveled together to service calls in a single truck, often with one of us perched on a bucket between the front seats. Though it was a difficult period, we were fortunate to have great customers and committed ourselves to establishing a successful shop. Now, we run our daily operations with a team of dedicated employees who have been with us for years, helping us achieve our standards of professionalism and quality. We are well-known for our quick response times and our ability to provide targeted solutions for drain and sewer issues. From sinks and toilets to main lines and sewers, our team of experts is ready to provide you with swift, professional service.

Jim Criniti serves as the President of Zoom Drain and is one of the Founders of the Zoom Drain Franchise. Having served in the military, he knows that successful operations rely on effective systems. With support from great mentors and business coaches, he grew his business from a single used truck into a thriving multi-shop, multi-million dollar drain and sewer cleaning operation. He played a key role in evolving that business model into a franchise system that stretches coast to coast, with 16 locations across the United States.
