The story of Zoom Drain & Sewer Service is rooted in a family plumbing business started by our grandfather in 1948. Twenty years ago, we launched Zoom with our father and brother from a spare bedroom, fueled by a small loan. In those early days, we traveled together to service calls in a single truck, often with one of us perched on a bucket between the front seats. Though it was a difficult period, we were fortunate to have great customers and committed ourselves to establishing a successful shop. Today, we manage daily operations with a team of long-term employees who share our commitment to professionalism and excellence. Our reputation for fast response times and effective solutions for drain and sewer problems is well-established. Whether it’s sinks, toilets, or main lines and sewers, our professionals are ready to deliver quick, expert assistance.

Jim Criniti serves as the President of Zoom Drain and is one of the Founders of the Zoom Drain Franchise. As a military veteran, he understands that effective operational systems are key to success. With guidance from exceptional mentors and business coaches, he utilized systems to expand his business from a single used truck into a multi-shop, multi-million dollar drain and sewer cleaning enterprise. He subsequently turned that business model into a successful franchise system, now with 16 locations nationwide.
