Zoom Drain & Sewer Service continues a family plumbing legacy that began with our grandfather in 1948. Two decades back, we began Zoom with our father and brother, operating from a spare bedroom and a modest loan. In those early days, we traveled together to service calls in a single truck, often with one of us perched on a bucket between the front seats. Those were challenging times, but we had wonderful customers and dedicated ourselves to building a successful business. Today, we manage daily operations with a team of long-term employees who share our commitment to professionalism and excellence. Our reputation for fast response times and effective solutions for drain and sewer problems is well-established. As the President of Zoom Drain and a co-founder of the Zoom Drain Franchise, Jim Criniti leads our team. As a military veteran, he understands that effective operational systems are key to success. Thanks to invaluable mentors and business coaches, he transformed his business from one old truck into a multi-shop, multi-million dollar drain and sewer cleaning company. He played a key role in evolving that business model into a franchise system that stretches coast to coast, with 16 locations across the United States.
