Scott Lowe and Alex Case, who both attended the University of Central Missouri, own and run Zoom Drain of Kansas City, having been friends since childhood in the local area. Both raised in a rural suburb of Kansas City, Lowe and Case have been friends since they were toddlers.

“We’ve been friends for well over 25 years. From childhood to high school and even college, we’ve been together through it all,” Case remarked.

While this is their inaugural business venture, both bring a wealth of experience; Lowe has 12 years in safety management with firms such as Amazon, Boulevard Brewing Company, and Pipeline Safety, and Case has spent 14 years at UPS, rising through multiple leadership positions, including inside operations manager and training manager.
