Scott Lowe and Alex Case, who both attended the University of Central Missouri, own and run Zoom Drain of Kansas City, having been friends since childhood in the local area. Having grown up in a Kansas City suburb, Lowe and Case have shared a friendship since they were young children.

“We’ve been friends for over 25 years. We grew up together, attended high school together, and even went to college together - we’ve known each other forever,” Case shared.

While this is their inaugural business venture, both bring a wealth of experience; Lowe has 12 years in safety management with firms such as Amazon, Boulevard Brewing Company, and Pipeline Safety, and Case has spent 14 years at UPS, rising through multiple leadership positions, including inside operations manager and training manager.
