Had our sewer line replaced by this company on September 14. After being quoted by 4 other companies, James from Zoom gave me the best price. James was very informative and made me actually understand what was going on with my plumbing. The crew arrived early on the morning of and Jimmy (the crew leader) was amazing. I am so relieved now that my sewer is working properly. the crew also has my yard looking like no work was even done!! I am so satisfied. 10/10 Recommend Zoom Drain. Thank you all!

I contacted the company on August 30 regarding a plumbing issue in my home. I was told that someone would be out that day to diagnose the issue. I was called and asked if the 31st would be ok and that a manager would be the one coming to my home. I emailed the company late morning asking if someone was going to be coming and I was told that I would receive a phone call shortly. Three hours later, I received a call stating that the person who would be coming was going home sick and that I would be the first person on the calendar on September 1. As I write this review at 4:30 in the afternoon, I have yet to hear from anyone at the company.

I do not do business with anyone who gives my the run around and would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Life savors!!! bathroom sink was normal, then slightly clogged then normal, then clogged completely. I called Zoom after hours and they came out the same day and not its flowing. The tech was so kind and quick. They came out before any other company even returned my call.

Hiring this company has been a nightmare. A job that should of been done within a couple of days took over months. I was in tears multiple times for the way the company treated me, my family, and my house. After getting paid in full they were in no hurry to fix anything even know it was an urgent problem. I could not do laundry at my house all summer because of this company not fixing my main water line which they were hired to do in June 2022 and it was still not fixed in October 2022. Then they just charged my credit card again recently without saying a word to me. I have no clue what this charge is for now and it was not ever approved. Don't waste your time or money asking this company for help to fix anything. They do not get the job done and then cause more problems at the same time.

Said they'd come between 12-4 on Tuesday. Never showed. Booked again for Wednesday & never showed. It's 3:45pm on Saturday (with the time frame of 12-4 again) and still not here. Very low confidence they'll show up given the history

Incredibly unreliable. I scheduled with them and was at the tail end of the window within which the technician was supposed to arrive and called to ask how long they would be. I was informed on a Friday evening after close of business that they were not coming and the ""dispatch"" would call me back to reschedule me. I still haven't heard back from dispatch on rescheduling. Don't waste your time with this unreliable company that doesn't even have the courtesy to tell you they're not coming.

Outstanding customer service!! When I contacted Zoom Drain I was in a panic about what to do about the issues I was having at my home. I was instantly treated with the utmost respect over the phone and the service got even better as their technicians came out to assess the problem! I had an answer and a solution within a day and I haven't had a problem since! I could not have asked for a better company to deal with!!!

This company was subcontracted by BGE Home to replace our sewer line. What was supposed to take one day turned into three. They tore up our yard, destroyed our walkway, and 12 days later have not cleaned up behind the crew. They left plywood, gravel, pipes, ladders, and tape strewn over our front yard. We have been calling and calling for a clean up crew and keep getting promised they are on the way. Avoid this company at ALL costs.

We had a leak in our water service line.
1) Zoom was the only company (of 3) that would offer to repair the service line. Others would only replace entire line. If that had been possible, it would have meant great savings.
2) When the leak was found we learned that the line was NOT copper. It was polybutylene, and the entire line had to be replaced, but they told us from the start that was possible; and we had a reasonable replacement estimate before the attempted repair work was started..
3) There was a coupon on HomeAdvisor that was for much more than Zoom had intended when they put it up, but they honored it.
4) They went to extra effort not to damage paneling in our basement when they had to access the wall.
5) We had done a lot of our own landscape work. They worked with us to save plants and to limit damage to the area. They saved a new tree that was in their way.
6) They encountered boulders which made work harder, and the usual efficient technique to feed the new copper line just did not work. They worked through it all and honored the agreed price, even though the job proved much more difficult than expected. They worked until 8 pm on the second day.
We are most impressed with the respect they showed us and the way they truly listened and respected our wishes, especially on how to approach the trenching and all the damage that can go with that.
