It started with a funky smell in the washing machine, and then upstairs in the bathroom sinks even though I cleaned both the washer and the p-traps. Ugh! It will never go away, so go ahead and contact ZOOM.

I text thru their website (brilliant!) they text me back and set up a time, and the guys were punctual the following morning. Super nice employees and they even wore booties in the house.
Great service and no more funky, nasty smells coming from the drains.
Call/text Zoom today! It's easy and they will explain to you what they are doing to clean the drains. Thanks Zoom!

We're so glad we found this company. When you have a plumbing problem and you need it fixed fast simply call Zoom. Absolutely genuine customer service. This company responded immediately to our Yelp request and came within an hour. They were so kind and worked with us. Then they diagnosed the problem within minutes. I had a clogged sink and slow draining sink next to it in my downstairs master, and an unpleasant smell coming from my shower in our upstairs bathroom.
I have a bad back and a bad knee, so getting down low to work on something is difficult, so I scoured Yelp for help. After receiving many messages from different companies, and reading reviews, I chose Zoom Drain, and I wasn't disappointed!

Scheduling was easy, the office staff is very polite and professional when they called me to confirm, and their tech JJ was on time, professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and more than willing to answer questions and educate me some. He's definitely an asset to Zoom, and he makes you feel at ease about hiring them.

The fact that I couldn't do it myself, and it needed to be done made me feel better about paying a professional, and Zoom will definitely be my first call in the future!

They're a newer company in Vegas, but well established elsewhere, and definitely worth hiring. I wasn't disappointed.

This company is amazing! I spoke to Courtney over the phone and she was able to send a technician out the same day(It was a Sunday too)! JJ and Jack showed up to my house and they were both very professional. They were very informative and gave me a really good deal. I highly recommend reaching out to this company if you ever have any drainage issues.

I was in need of a complete review of a persistent sewer issue from the front of my property to the street. My toilet, shower and sink were all backed up at the same time.

What was extraordinary was the extra mile these folks went. They had cameras, declogging equipment, and hydro flushing in their arsenal. We needed all of it.
