Scott Lowe and Alex Case, both graduates of the University of Central Missouri, proudly own and operate Zoom Drain of Kansas City, having grown up in the area as lifelong friends. Having grown up in a Kansas City suburb, Lowe and Case have shared a friendship since they were young children.

“We’ve known each other for more than 25 years. We grew up side by side, went to high school together, and even shared college experiences - we’ve been friends for a lifetime,” said Case.

Although this is their first business together, both have substantial experience; Lowe has spent 12 years in safety management with companies like Amazon, Boulevard Brewing Company, and Pipeline Safety, while Case has dedicated the last 14 years to UPS, advancing through various leadership roles, including inside operations manager and training manager.
