Scott Lowe and Alex Case, who both attended the University of Central Missouri, own and run Zoom Drain of Kansas City, having been friends since childhood in the local area. Having grown up in a Kansas City suburb, Lowe and Case have shared a friendship since they were young children.

“We’ve been friends for well over 25 years. From childhood to high school and even college, we’ve been together through it all,” Case remarked.

This may be their first joint business, but both have rich backgrounds; Lowe has 12 years in safety management with companies like Amazon and Boulevard Brewing Company, while Case has 14 years at UPS, progressing through various leadership roles, such as inside operations manager and training manager.
