Zoom Drain of Kansas City is proudly owned and operated by Scott Lowe and Alex Case, two alumni of the University of Central Missouri who have deep roots in the area and a lifelong friendship. Lowe and Case, both from a rural Kansas City suburb, have been friends since they could walk.

“We’ve been friends for over 25 years. We grew up together, attended high school together, and even went to college together - we’ve known each other forever,” Case shared.

Although this is their first business together, both have substantial experience; Lowe has spent 12 years in safety management with companies like Amazon, Boulevard Brewing Company, and Pipeline Safety, while Case has dedicated the last 14 years to UPS, advancing through various leadership roles, including inside operations manager and training manager.
