Chris and Rachel Duggan, a husband-and-wife team, own and manage Zoom Drain Indianapolis. Together, they have over 30 years of experience in various business sectors, including sales, customer support, and management. Chris holds the position of Vice President of Residential Sales at a fiber optic Internet company, and Rachel is a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer at a bank.

The Duggans were introduced to Zoom Drain in August 2022 and felt an immediate connection to the company, especially due to its culture. “The team is outstanding.
