(If you haven't, either you've never gotten an amazing deal/value from a provider or you're related to the Madoff's.) I found Zoom Drain through Thumbtack because I had some sort of leak in my basement that was causing a horrible stench. Zoom Drain came out and ended up being unable to service my particular needs. But I absolutely can't wait to use them in the future. (I'm sure you're confused at this point and think I'm second-cousins with the owner--I'm not. Let me explain. ) Tyler came out, gave the most thorough inspection of my sump pump issue, advised on the type of work I needed, and even attempted to get special approval from his superiors to help where he could. At this point, he'd been the fourth person I've had come out to help me figure out what's wrong. And he did more testing + assessing than pretty much any other provider and gave me the most thorough diagnosis. He demonstrated authentic care and concern for my needs + a sincere desire to assist however he could. Looking forward to getting Zoom Drain's support in the future.
