Binick completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania and obtained his MBA from Vanderbilt University, launching his finance career in investment banking. After that, he moved into private equity, where he spent close to 15 years with a firm before retiring. Tanca, a Connecticut native, followed a similar path. Graduating from the University of Connecticut, she has dedicated the past 15 years to private equity, collaborating with numerous respected firms.
