Had a toilet situation and was referred to Zoom Drain for help. They were able to help me out the day after I called, which was fast! Richard was my technician and he was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, kind, understanding, and tried to do everything he could to keep costs low. He ended up spending a few hours on the toilet situation and did not give up. His persistence on helping was a huge plus. I tried to tip Richard, but company policy does not allow tipping. I will definitely use Zoom Drain again if needed. Thanks for all your help!

First off I want to thank everyone at Zoom drain from Lindsey in the office, to Norman King the plumber.

I called for about a disposal unit malfunction and a leaking faucet out back.. before we finished discussing appointments. Norman walked me through the process of detecting if the disposal needed replacing or adjusting. Saving me a couple hundred dollars, just by being a great human.. we figured out what was going on over the phone. So thank you sooo much for that.

I was completely in the loop about appointment information and updates which allowed me to be available when the technician arrived.
Then when it came to the in home service. Norman was very courteous and informative. Keeping me up to speed on the procedure.

I'm not being paid for this review. I just wanted to shout out a small growing business. Doing things the right way. I high recommended using this company.

I called Eric at 6:00 a.m. he called me back by 6:30 a.m. spent a good 20 minutes on the phone with me explaining to me their process and a range of cost for repair of things that it could be just based off of my explanation of the situation and also letting me know that their estimate to come out and look was free of charge he told me they could be out in about 2 hours and put me on a priority list he was correct it was less than 2 hours that our technician Isaiah showed up he was professional and pleasant to work with I will definitely be using zoom drain again in the future and recommending them to others he snaked two lines for me and made sure to clean up his mess and made sure everything works properly I am so happy they were able to fix this problem in a timely fashion because we need our showers and toilets with kids

Technician was great. He cleared the line, fixed the problem. But charging over 300 bucks to clear 1 line was way overpriced.

When you have a major home maintenance problem and don't know who to call, there is no better feeling than when you realize that you DID find the right company and that they DID send the right technician to take care of your issues. When we had some serious sink drain issues, someone we respect referred us to Zoom Drain. Not long after Isaiah, their technician, arrived as scheduled, we relaxed and realized that we had made the right choice. He was pleasant and professional, and the way he worked gave us confidence that he had done this many times before. We were relieved because our problems had been solved and for less than an estimate we had received from another company.

Finally honest plumbers! I kept being blamed for causing a backup by my landlord and his plumber until I hired this company who confirmed it was a combination of things so anything small would quickly escalate which is what happend. Not only did they come in a few hours as promised the service was phenomenal and I learned a lot! I'll never call another company!
