Outstanding customer service from start to finish. I was visiting my stepmother from out of town and I noticed her kitchen sink was clogged. As soon as I called they were extremely supportive. When they came out they diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me a price breakdown. The clogged was more difficult than expected but they didn't quit until the problem was resolved. Highly recommend.

Service was amazing from beginning to end! We were dragging our feet calling someone out because we didnt want to deal with the stress, we feel silly for that now! I called in approx 230pm around 3pm or so someone was already here! Shaun was super personable, knowledgeable, and an all around great person. He wrapped everything up for us by 445pm same day! Again, amazing service from beginning to end! We used Zoom for drainage and will now be contacting sister company Ray the plumber for other jobs we need done - we are actually excited to do so just based on this experience!

We had an excellent experience with Bernard (Bernie) C. and the company itself. (We had asked for a phone call from the office staff when the technician was dispatched, but we did not receive one. That was the only glitch.)

Bernie was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. He educated us on the plumbing we have, and how to be proactive in maintaining its optimal functionality. Bernie was also kind enough to use a Zoom mat to keep things clean, and was careful to tidy the area where he worked, when finished. We were very impressed with Bernie and grateful for his skills and expertise, and, if we ever need a Zoom Drain professional again, we will ask for him specifically.

I had a slow drain in the master bath. I called Ray the Plumber who I had used in the past & they suggested I called Zoom ( their partner) for my drain issue. Called and made an appointment for the next day. Nick came out advised me he would have to take some of the drain apart to properly snake the line. He was very neat & professional & his price included drain cleaner that I applied for four days after the repair. I thought the price was a little high but it included the chemicals. In today's market I guess it was fair. I would call Zoom again. Very satisfied with their service.

Way over priced. They prey on the eldery using scare tactics. They over charged us for unnecessary work. They tell you their work is gaurenteed but they keep finding other ""problems"" for thousands of dollars more. Get estimates people.

Called Ray the Plumber and they sent Zoom Drain. The service was good. I had a backed up sink. Even though I knew it would cost 450$ I let the serviceman proceed with unclogging the drain. I need it fixed but I let him know that I would not be calling Ray the Plumber or Zoom Drain again. Too expensive.

Garrett was really great! We enjoyed learning about our pipes and learning how to maintain our pipe's health. I felt they really did what they could to make us happy. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. In our business of housing development... it's hard to find quality specialists. I would definately recommended Garrett and Zoom Drain. We also enjoyed the camera experience and seeing what our pipes looked like from within.oh oh oh.... they also showed up faster than I expected....

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Called them bc my main drain was clogged and my basement was flooded. This was an emergency situation. I called and left my name and number and they never called back. They're a waste of time
