Noticed a drain clog first thing in the morning of Jan 15. Called Ray the Plumber, was told Zoom Drain, (their sister company) would handle the issue and contact us. Zoom Drain gave us a window of 11am -2 pm. At 9:40 am we got a text ( with photo and bio of Matt) who was on his way and got here just after 10 am.


Matt got right to work. He educated me about drain clogs and explained what he was using to unclog it. He had a flashlight with a camera that goes into the drain with the snake, while he works that, he watches on his tablet and can tell when he's making headway. He was real personable, happy to explain things about how it all works and just a real nice guy who gave it his absolute all to get that clog unclogged.


He said it usually takes about 20-30 minutes. Apparently our clog was more involved. If he hadn't been able to unclog it, we'd have had to have their vacuum truck come, which would have been more involved and costly since we have a very tight crawlspace. Can't say enough good things about Matt and Zoom Drain. He was out there for almost 3 hours fighting that beast clog. He fought the clog and won. We really appreciated his effort - and it all paid off. Everything was back to normal. As I was writing the check for the amount I quoted, Matt told me the price with some discounts applied which took 108.00 off the quoted price.


Very impressed with Zoom Drain (thanks, Ray the Plumber!) and very satisfied with their work. Matt is an asset to the company for sure. He really didn't give up. To anyone saying they're all about money and bringing in the more expensive Vacuum Truck, Matt didn't give up after 30 minutes- he kept at it for almost 3 hours. We definitely recommend this Zoom Drain as well as Ray the Plumber.

Nick was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions.
Nick was very conscientious during this pandemic and made us feel safe as he was wearing all required PPE.. Nick took the time for us 1st time homeowners how to safely and effectively maintain our cesspool. He told us step by step exactly what he was doing. Everything was also sent to us through email so as we can refer back to it. Cant say enough about this company. I will be using them for years to come and highly recommend them. Outstanding customer service from start to finish. I was visiting my stepmother from out of town and I noticed her kitchen sink was clogged. As soon as I called they were extremely supportive. When they came out they diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me a price breakdown. The clogged was more difficult than expected but they didn't quit until the problem was resolved. Service was amazing from beginning to end! We were dragging our feet calling someone out because we didnt want to deal with the stress, we feel silly for that now! I called in approx 230pm around 3pm or so someone was already here! Shaun was super personable, knowledgeable, and an all around great person. He wrapped everything up for us by 445pm same day! Again, amazing service from beginning to end! We used Zoom for drainage and will now be contacting sister company Ray the plumber for other jobs we need done - we are actually excited to do so just based on this experience!

We had an excellent experience with Bernard (Bernie) C. and the company itself. (We had asked for a phone call from the office staff when the technician was dispatched, but we did not receive one. That was the only glitch.)

Bernie was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. He educated us on the plumbing we have, and how to be proactive in maintaining its optimal functionality. Bernie was also kind enough to use a Zoom mat to keep things clean, and was careful to tidy the area where he worked, when finished. We were very impressed with Bernie and grateful for his skills and expertise, and, if we ever need a Zoom Drain professional again, we will ask for him specifically.
