I've had a slow-draining bathroom sink for years. I had a different plumber look at it several years ago, but he just poured in Drano, which was a temporary fix. Finally decided to get it really fixed. Checked out reviews online and chose Zoom Drain. So glad I did! Maurice came out promptly and fixed the issue, plus went above and beyond to make sure it is all good. Definitely recommend. Price was very fair for the service provided.

Zoom Drain!!! My 3 year old unfortunately flushed his hot-wheel and a pair of sunglasses down the toilet in the same week!!!

The toilet got clogged but we tried all the DIY tactics to unclog a toilet! From the plunger, to pour down hot water, and using dawn soap.... And nothing worked so we contacted different plumbing services but decided to go with zoom drain!

Zoom drain is great because it is 7 days a week and they respond very quickly!!! Aden responded so fast in regard to the schedule and the technician!

At first, Aden scheduled a technician to come the next day! Also, Aden scheduled me for the same day in case a technician gets the availability to do so!

Later that day, Maurice called me saying he is available and he came in the next 30 minutes! He came and he explained the steps he will perform, he also explained other options he could perform if he doesn't solve the issue! He also wore booties over his shoes which was cool!

The service he performed was using a huge 6 ft snake tool to remove the items as well as push whatever was slowing down the pressure of the water!

Maurice successfully hooked the sunglasses, as well as clearing the whatever was blocking the water pressure!

Overall, the service costed me $216 which sucks but knowing the problem was fixed was a relief!

Maurice was a cool dude, very nice, professional and No BS, glad he came and fixed the issue! Also, props to Aden for getting Maurice out to my house the same day!

Excellent service provided. Kyle was very professional. He was able to resolve our toilet/sewer/drain issues. He was able to remove the disgusting roots that built up for years. Thank you very much Kyle! You did a great job!

Great thanks also to the receptionist who answered our calls. The price is very affordable. Would call Zoom Drain again in case of any toilet/drain problem. Highly recommended company.

Had some plumbing issues yesterday and received a referral (recommendation) to ""Zoom Drain"". Very pleased with the process, outcome, and price. Both the toilet in question and a bathroom sink are now as good as new.

Kyle, a Field Supervisor arrived on time, accessed the situation, and provided us with a very reasonable quote. He was an excellent communicator and worked quickly, keeping us informed as he progressed.

I discovered a clogged first floor toilet on a late Monday evening with minor water leakage around the toilet base. I snaked and then flushed the toilet only to see the leakage around the base increase significantly. I dried up the leakage and assumed the clog was not in the bowl but in the drain under the floor...no worries since we still had the upstairs toilet to use. I eventually used the upstairs toilet only to hear my better half yell that the downstairs toilet was gurgling and leaking around the base again. I then realized that the main drain was clogged somewhere. I checked YELP for rooter services and based on its positive reviews called Zoom Drain (I was particularly impressed that the owners cared enough to respond to every YELP review), who dispatched Kyle within an hour. I was very satisfied with the professional service provided by Kyle who was able to clear the clog from the outside Cleanout to inside the house and also trim some tree roots growing inside the drain from the Cleanout to the street sewage connection. I went from fearing a major expenditure to replace the drain line under the cement floor to paying a reasonable price for their zoom jetting/cleaning service.
