I started to do my own toilet install, but the flange was not even with the floor in my 70 year old house. Kyle came out and worked some magic. He cut away at the old flange and installed a new secure flange even with the floor. He even threw in a new wax ring for my toilet and set the toilet in place where it was even and level. 70 year old pipes in old houses are not easy to deal with, but Kyle worked his butt off and got the job done. I have another bathroom with another 70-year-old toilet that I plan to change out, so I'll be calling Zoom Drain again to have Kyle come out and take care of it. Great job, great company, and great service technician. Thanks Kyle.

Our toilet was having flushing issues so I reached out to Zoom Drain as they seem to have excellent reviews! The company responded to me right away and sent out a technician like a day after I contacted them. Kyle was our technician that came to visit us and gave a free estimate. He came promptly, was polite and professional, and very easy to work with. He inspected our toilet issue and was able to determine what the cause could be. He gave us several options and didn't try to push us on an really expensive options and gave his recommendations and was fully transparent. After we gave him the approval to proceed with the services, he went to work right away. He was right on his guess and was able to fix our toilet very timely! I didn't get any quote estimates from anyone other companies, but based on the price we charged and what others on here have said, their prices seemed fair and I think it was worth their service! Everyone was professional, good communicators, and easy to work with! If I have any future drain issues, this would be my first place to go to for their services!

Kyle was able to come around the same day and during the timeframe that was given. Came in, checked out the issue, provided the pricing options, fixed the problem. In and out in 30 minutes and was quiet enough not to wake the sleeping kid. Pretty much perfect service you would expect. Recommend.

Zoom Drain had Kyle come out to my home and gave a free estimate on a washing machine drain backing up issue, they came in at 1/3 a previous estimate I received over the phone from another company. Kyle started right then fixing the issue, he did a camera check and found a blockage he cleared and then updated my old cast iron drain to newer and wider piping to handle newer washing machine draining. Was done in just a couple hour and now it works and look great. He also advised one of my supply spouts was leaking and should be replaced which I did myself using new part from Home Depot, so nice of him to point this out considering they dont work on live water issues.

Zoom Drained super tech Maurice came out at 4pm on a Saturday night to cable a clog in my laundry sink. Well after performing some tests when the clog was cleared, he discovered a huge hole in my underground old pipes. With dark approaching he got under my house and replaced the broken section and then flushed everything to ensure good drainage.

He didn't try to instantly sell me on all new pipes but explained the longevity of my situation and how they could help if needed. Maurice was knowledgeable, professional and kind. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I contacted Zoom for tree root removal in the section of sewer line between my house and the sewer return. The response was really quick and I was able to schedule an appointment for the following day.

I received phone and text updates on arrival time and the Zoom rep arrived within the expected time slot. While I wasn't the person who interacted with Jessie, I was told that he was very nice and pleasant, was able to address any questions or concerns and provided very understandable explanations.

I am still waiting on a final write-up for the visit, but the experience has been good so far.

Yesterday our only toilet stopped working and backed sewage up into the tub. We were panicked and called Rooter Hero, who charged us $500 to LOOK at the problem and proceeded to quote us thousands of dollars for a full repipe - total scare tactic. After looking at reviews for Zoom Drain, we called and spoke to a lovely receptionist who said she'd get someone out first thing in the morning. It was so helpful that their lines are open 24/7 so we could get things set up quickly. My only complaint is that I asked for my fiancé to be called as a backup if I didn't pick up, which didn't happen, but luckily I saw the call not long after I missed the voicemail and they got someone out really fast after that.

Ted came out around 8:30am, gave us flat pricing, thoroughly explained our issue, and fixed the problem for us quickly and for $650 - waaaaayyy under the scammy Rooter Hero. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I feel confident that our problem is fixed properly, with fair pricing, and I'll definitely be using them for our needs in the future. We had a slow drain for the last few years in our kids bathroom. We figured it was some bath toy that was blocking the flow. I was finally fed up when Draino didn't work and the water stopped flowing. I called several plumbers, but most won't even show up without a $200 consultantation fee. Except for Zoom. I couldn't be happier with the service. They got back to me immediately and scheduled an appointment the same day. Our technician, Maurice, was very knowledgeable and professional. It turns out it was a wet wipe and about 30 years of yuck in the drain. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing related maintenance or repairs!

Our kitchen sink was backing up. Zoom Drain responded quickly and got someone out to us in less than an hour.
Kyle showed up and was very professional. He talked me into doing the hydro jet cleaning, and I am glad he did. He unclogged the drain and then spent over 2 hours cleaning the drain pipe. He used a camera to show me the buildup of grease all along the drain. It is no wonder we kept having issues.
Kyle was extremely thorough, friendly, and cleaned up everything when he was done. He even cleaned the mess in the sink that was cause by the backup. I will definitely call them again if needed.
