We at Zoom Drain is led by Richard and Gina Moore. Both Alabama natives, Richard spent most of his life in the Auburn area, where he studied at Auburn University, graduating with a degree in marketing. In his youth, Richard worked in the oil field business in high school and college. Consequently he developed skills in using tools and various mechanical equipment.

For the past 25 years, he has worked in catheterization labs and operating rooms as a medical equipment representative. He learned the importance of professionalism, skill, and clear communication and that errors are unacceptable. Richard is convinced that we should not only meet but exceed expectations and that customers have options in choosing their service providers.
