I called Mike on a recommendation from a friend and could not be happier with the work. He returned my call quickly, came the next morning (for non-emergency tasks), and took care of everything I needed quickly that morning. He sent his team to get started AND he stopped by to introduce himself as I was a new customer. While he was here, he checked on his team, and--my favorite part--I watched him share his experience and expertise with them. (I have an old tub with an old drain mechanism, so it was a real learning opportunity!). It was obvious that Mike knew what he was doing and was willing to share what he knew with all of us, me included! As a team they are clearly careful, knowledgeable, and attentive to details, only wrapping up once everything was tested and cleaned up. Saved his number in my contacts for all future work. Highly recommend!

C.M.-Barrington. I called Zompa Plumbing after a pipe broke beneath my tub, partially flooding my basement. Mike and his worker promptly answered my plea for help, then worked to quickly replacing the pipe and resolve the situation. Zompa then charged a very fair fee. Mike's workmanship, attention to detail and speed prevented a potential disaster, all for a very fair, reasonable fee.
