Worst plumbers ever,they came to my house about a year ago dug up my basement to replace a pipe because my basement was flooding so at first it was good then it starting flooding bad again,so I called them and the manager said were not coming out when I had the job done they told me the work is guaranteed and if you look on there website you can see it says all work guaranteed,so these grown up spoiled rich kids don't care about anyone,save your money and go get a real plumber who guarantees his work and stands behind it not these idiots if anybody wants to talk to me Russell Kichline 15705795619 I will tell you more of the story and you can even visit my house in Mcadoo

Our basement flooded after finding a hole in a pipe that was installed by Zola's Plumbing 5 months ago leading to the side of our house to attach a hose. Called Zola's the day it flooded and were told if it was due to defective or workmanship they would not charge but if it was deemed something not done properly on our end we would need to pay. Waited and no one came out. Decided to contact a distributor that sells the same exact model pipe installed and sent picture to show where the hole was. They told us that is a defect. Contacted Zola's to give them this feedback and find out when they would come out to review and there response was, we will come out but you are paying for the part and the labor if we come out. That is the response after multiple attempts to get them to come out over the past month and a half. A more appropriate response would have been, we would need to charge you for the labor but we will take care of the defective part. I just can't believe the lack of customer service. Definitely recommend finding out about their warranty when defects or incidents like this happen. I will not be using them for any services in the future.

DONT NOT USE ZOLAS!! I had a leak in my bathroom that was leaking into my kitchen. First guy came out to look and told us it was the caulking around the tub he said he didn't have any in his truck and he put holes in the ceiling then charged us $180! Next day we called them again because it was still leaking no one took a shower so why was it leaking still. Next guys put more holes in the wall and said the same thing! Neither of them looked at any pipes just put holes in the walls and ceiling and took the money! Oh and guess why it's still leaking!! I'm not a plumber but I decided to look to see if I can find it and guess what! It's a pipe that's leaking! Never again will I recommend Zola's to anyone!! They don't not help you solve the problem they just make the problem worse! Now I have hundreds of dollars in repairs to make!! If you want something done do it yourself before you call this no good company!!

Miscommunication sometimes happens on both ends, business & customer. It usually can be worked out between reasonable people. A good business owner knows how to keep a customer happy. Telling a customer you didn't return multiple phone calls for weeks on end because you are a busy man is definitely not a way to keep a customer.

Complete rip off!! How about a $68 dollar bill for no service and 5 min of time! Because that is what you will get if you have or do not have work done. Called for water coming from my overflow pipe. Techs came out took a look and said it was my grinder pump and they do not work on that. Then preceded to spend 10 min sitting in my driveway. No work was done at all and i received a bill in the mail for 1 hour of service... That's funny... Then was told they charge for that for travel time.. How about i give $5 in gas money that's about all your worth. I will never use this service or ever recommend. Remember word of mouth goes very far.

Quality of work was excellent. However, I was charged for labor starting from an hour before the tech arrived until 45 minutes after he was done. The tech took 2 hours to do a job I could have done in an hour if I was licensed. My complaint was met with an allowance of an hour's labor, which has yet to be seen. The price on the parts was probably 3 to 4 times retail prices.

We needed emergency service on a Saturday. John responded promptly and tried to talk me through the issue before He came out to try and save me money. It ended up that I needed him anyway and he showed up on time and was polite and worked neatly, efficiently and solved my problem quickly. I would recommend them to anyone.

We're new to the area and have a new home(well new to us). I was concerned about a noise when the shower ran. The plumber, Ken, explained in detail the sound, how this plumbing works. Very honest company and the service charge was minimal of what I was expecting. Also our home has all white carpeting, he was very careful to cover his shoes. I would use them again!

Low quality, only one good tech working here with the others still learning. The owner can be arrogant and sometimes very unprofessional. Zola's can be used if you get the one good tech.
